The 140g-flour choc chip muffin team

As mentioned previously, the ingredients that go into any basic cupcake/muffin recipe will confer different textural properties upon the end product. In our trials of blueberry muffins and chocolate chip muffins on 20 August, majority preferred the blueberry muffin recipe which called for more flour, whereas the texture of the chocolate chip muffins with less flour was deemed more desirable. It's all up to our individual preferences, I guess! What's important is that we got to eat everything at the end :D
The facilitators are all ready for the SLF next week!
